I lead where technology, management and customers meet. I co-founded wearonize, a Swiss start-up operating globally with subsidiaries in Germany and the US, and led it as President of the Board and CEO. Before that, I headed global business, product and innovation units at Giesecke+Devrient and Infineon. In each of these roles I set technology and product strategy, built teams and owned the commercial result: I scaled a start-up from zero to USD 1.7 million revenue in three years and closed multi-million deals with Google, Intel and Swatch. My core strength is the bridge: I can go deep with engineers on architecture and code, take it to management and the board as clear options and trade-offs, and turn it into something customers understand and buy. That is what I bring to CTO, technology strategy and R&D leadership roles in start-ups and tech-forward mid-sized companies.

AI PRODUCT ENGINEERING

I build software the way I believe it will be built from now on: AI agents write the code, and engineering discipline makes it reliable. I designed my own AI harness, which turns a specification into reviewed, merged code by orchestrating Claude through requirements, implementation, security and quality audits, end-to-end tests and design checks. I use it to deliver complete products: Go, Django and Node backends, React, Vue and Flutter front ends, PostgreSQL, and the CI/CD pipelines and hardened servers they run on. Every change passes automated gates (required checks, independent AI code and security reviews, contract tests) before it reaches production.
